Two weeks into the New Year and I've found out I have a stomach lesion again. The last one was two years ago, and it was really unpleasant, this time round I've seen a doctor much earlier.
So now I'm on tablets to neutralise my stomach acid, if it doesn't heal in two to three weeks I'll need an endoscopy. I'm also cutting out foods that may aggravate my stomach, I'm cutting out alcohol, caffeine, dairy and spicy foods. This should help with my weight loss as well.
I really miss cheese, though.
